Silent and scenic beach. It can be a good option in case you are looking some offbeat option in kokan. Many homestay nearby beach. Precaution - sea is bit fierce and pulls you inside if gone into deep water (below west)

Ladghar Beach is a beautiful destination located in the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, India. It's known for its pristine shoreline, clear waters, and serene atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy sunbathing, and beach walks here. For swimming it’s not good because rocks are there. Don't forget to explore the nearby attractions like the famous Ganesh Temple and the cliffs offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.

Excellent beach location with limited crowd. Most of the staying options are right on the shore with easy access to beach. The beach is mostly flat level for long distance making it very safe for swimming. Basic common beach sports and activities are available. I wouldn’t recommend dolphin shows though as we hardly saw few dolphins which weren’t coming out of water much and they didn’t spend enough time to look for more.

Peaceful place very clean beach Simply fantastic ... You can book online or else on the spot booking also have a good option if you want to see the view ... The food is too costly and the quality is not so good, Overall a good beach as it is not so popular among other beaches but if you want peace you can come here.

Very nice beach in Dapoli, it is black sand all through. It is vast and not crowded. There are plenty of recreational activities at the beach like parasailing thru Jeep, buggy riding, horse and horse cart riding etc. Good part is there is no crowd and there is no charges etc for parking etc. Approach to the beach is challenging and you need to be skillful while approaching the beach. Roads are not in good shape. One can see lots of crabs, sea shells, etc. But worth a visit.
Prashant — Google review
Clean, peaceful beach close to Dapoli with minimal crowd. It's scenic, making it great for a quiet time, especially sitting on the rocks and enjoying the sea breeze.

Silent and scenic beach , very calm and serene. No deep area so safe to go into water. U may find some small crabs n starfish on the shore but otherwise it's safe. When low tide there can b many seagull (or similar) birds around .. there are some water sports too. Dolphine ride is only between 730am to 9am. Other sports run until sunset. Can enjoy here for some good amount of relaxation time

The soft sand and gentle waves make it ideal for swimming and water sports such as parasailing, banana rides, and sofa rides. Sublime beach with a long stretch.. You can even roam around in your car.. Quite safe to go into the water and enjoy with you family and friends. Water sports are nearby. And a worth mentioning about Dolphin safari which was an amazing experience... Plenty of dolphins🐬🐳 we got to see which was quite delightful.. even the next day we got few dolphin sightings while having breakfast from our resort.. Overall a refreshing, fun experience along with family to rejuvenate yourself!!

One of the most popular beaches of this location. Also popular for the water sports and horse rides, camel rides. Perfect place to witness sunset. The sand is not white. You can witness plenty of four wheelers on the beach as they have direct access from the main road. Usually super crowded during the weekends even in the day time. Lots of eating options.

*Update : As tourism grows, ignorant tourists have started running the beach. Check my timelapse video to see the filth!Beautiful Beach with water sport activities available. This beach also is supposed to be the safest on the coast with no rocks and a long stretch which doesn't go deeper than 4 feet for quiet much distance. The village has its committee that cleans the beach regularly and thats why they charge daily toll to the tourists.

Nice beach... However, not better than karde beach... This beach is little commercialized, so you can get water sports, camel, horse safari, food stalls over the beach which you may not find it in karde beach.. The beach has black sand so it looks somehow dirty, but far better than any other beaches in Goa or Mumbai. You can take a long walk with your companion as the beach is widely spread. Water sports are Lil bit over priced so try your bargaining skills.

Clean Beach. Has good amount of water sports activities. You can drive your car straight onto the beach. But be careful not to go in wet sand. The road going towards the beach is very narrow(only one car can pass at a time). Has small stores which sell maggi and snacks

Vienna lake is a super crowded tourist place. Especially over the weekends. There is boating , games , food , horse riding (costly). The horse riding is really a scam. They take you for a quick 500m round for 3-4 min and charge you 200Rs.Can you believe it ?Initially they tell you they ll take a big round for ten minutes but trust me we hardly got five minutes. Someone will accompany you while taking the round. It’s mostly for kids who are fascinated by the horses. All the horses have their name it’s pretty nice. They are all groomed and well taken care of.The boating looked nice but is super crowded to get a chance. We didn’t try it we just enjoyed the view of the lake from far.The parking here is 50rs.

Same beach stretch but different sections I'll say, this side of the beach (away from the temple) during weekdays isn't that crowded, u get a vibe of private beach with a beautiful sunset, clean beach, clean water and warm sand. The only con on this side is there's no changing or shower area around unless u have ur stay around. It's good for a sunset walk.

Rajgad Fort in Velhe is a popular destination for trekking enthusiasts, offering a mix of historical significance and natural beauty. The fort, which was once the capital of the Maratha Empire under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, provides stunning views and several points of interest, such as the Mahadarwaja entrance and the Padmavati Temple. The trek is considered moderate, and it's recommended to start early to avoid the midday heat. Many trekkers prefer to stay overnight to fully explore the fort, as it has numerous spots to visit and the Padmavati Temple can accommodate about 50 people. The fort is especially beautiful during the monsoon season when the surrounding landscape is lush and green. For those interested in visiting, it's about a one-hour drive from Pune, and it's advisable to bring enough water and snacks as there are limited facilities at the top

A serene place to visit in the monsoons full of natural beauty and historical importance. If you are considering this as an option just go for it you won't regret it. The trek is a moderate one. I suggest you start early in the morning. Also carry more than enough water because once you reach up the sellers will try to sell you water bottles for twice the prize. There is parking facility at the base and also a few restaurants and shops but their washrooms are simply unusable

Best fort to visit near Pune. It's very big in size and easily takes a complete day if you want to explore each part of the fort. Trek is a bit hard so see that you start before it gets hot in the afternoon.

Rajgad fort is about 60km from Pune.We have booked though Trek panda since are unaware about this place. This is a beautiful & worth visiting place near by Pune.It will take around 2.5~3 Hrs to reach the top if experienced in treaking. It will take 4 Hrs if Less Experience. Not suitable for kids & old aged Persons.Trek to be started early around 3.30 am in the morning to see the sun raise.Last few km of hike is difficult and narrow. There are railings throughout so we can use it for support. (Need to use grip shoes for safety)It is advisable to visit during weekend since there is bunch of Peoples there for company. It is necessary to carry a water bottle & energy drink (can find small vendors available in some places)Night Treaking & Camping not allowed

Rajgadh fort, located about 1.5 to 2 hours from Pune, offers a fantastic trekking experience amidst stunning landscapes. To fully explore the fort, plan for a full day and begin your trek before 7 am.Ample parking is available at the fort's base. While only packet food is available at ground level or from small vendors along the way, it's wise to bring your own provisions. The initial trek is challenging, but as you ascend, you'll find stairs leading to the top.The climb to the fort's base alone takes about 2-2.5 hours, and reaching the highest point, Bale Killa, adds another 1.5 hours. The path can be rough and slippery in places. The fort is surrounded by lush greenery and offers sightings of rare birds. At the summit, enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and glimpse the nearby Torana fort. Plan to spend 3-4 hours exploring and sightseeing. Weekends are popular, so expect little crowds; it's best to avoid bringing children and elderly individuals due to the trek's difficulty.Night trekking and camping are currently prohibited.A visit to Rajgadh fort promises an exhilarating adventure and stunning vistas that are not to be missed.Must visit.

Highly recommended in monsoon , I visited Raigad fort on Tuesday Hanuman jayanti, It is one of the most beautiful I ever visited. It was quite hot as I went there in mid summer. One of the well maintained forts with a ropeway, I trekked to the fort and came down through the rope way. As I went there on weekday there was no crowd but in monsoon the fort is quite crowded and it will be preferable to book the ticket to the ropeway online. Overall the fort is quite beautiful, there are guides who will tell you the story of the fort and The Great King Chatrapati Shivaji maharaj, if you are coming with a large group you can easily hire a guide. this place will be a heaven in monsoon. The roads are quite good like I would really love to come back. The views from the fort are great.

Once we reached the top, we prepared food together, which was a great bonding experience. The highlight of the trip was the lovely sunset in the evening. The view from the fort was breathtaking and made all the effort worth it. Raigad Fort is a treasure trove of history, architecture, and natural beauty. Its significance as the seat of the Maratha Empire, coupled with its stunning location, makes it a must-visit destination for history enthusiasts, trekkers, and nature lovers alike. While there are minor areas for improvement in terms of accessibility and informational infrastructure, the fort’s grandeur and the sense of stepping back in time make it an unforgettable experience.

Trek Medium: easyThere are near 1700-2000 steps so generally it takes 2-3 hrs to climb up.Steps starting near 2 wheeler parking are a bit difficult to climb but if you walk down from 2 wheeler parking road, there you'll find steps which are easier to climbYou'll not find any snack shop through that way though.Else ropeway is present which will take hardly 10 mins to reach up but you may have to wait for 1:30-2 hrs in waiting line

Murud-Janjira Fort is a stunning marine fortress dating back to the 15th century, boasting old canons and 19 bastions. Situated on an island 500m offshore, it is the most magnificent of the forts along the Konkan coastline. Built by the Siddis in 1571, descendants of slaves from Africa, this imposing citadel served as the capital of a princely state. Visitors are drawn to its magnificent architecture and rich history of battles fought here.
Please be advised that accessing the fort from the boat landing can be challenging. Visitors should take extra precautions when disembarking. This fort is in excellent condition, highlighting its historical significance. The fort's quality of construction is outstanding, maintaining its strong position to this day. The spectacular view of the Arabian Sea is a constant source of fascination.

Janjira Fort is a historic marvel and an excellent destination for history enthusiasts and explorers. However, visiting the fort requires careful planning to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.1. Boat RideThe fort is accessible only by boat, but unfortunately, no life jackets are provided during the ride. This is a major safety concern, especially for families with children. It's crucial to remain cautious throughout the journey and ensure everyone's safety while boarding and alighting from the boat.2. Carry CashMake sure to carry enough cash with you as card payments or online transactions are not accepted at the ticket counters or for purchasing essentials near the fort.3. Water BottlesThere are limited facilities at the fort, and water can be difficult to find. Carry extra water bottles with you to stay hydrated during your visit, as the fort can get quite hot during the day.4. Precautions for KidsIf you are visiting with children, be extra cautious while getting in and out of the boat. The boarding process can be tricky, especially if the water is choppy. Holding hands and ensuring a firm footing is essential.5. The Fort ItselfThe fort is a stunning piece of architecture with its massive walls and strategic location. Exploring it is a fascinating experience.Final ThoughtsWhile Janjira Fort is a must-visit for its historical significance and breathtaking views, the lack of safety measures and facilities might be a concern for some. Proper preparation and a cautious approach will ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable trip.

The place is good but Right from the beginning we paid 4 to 5 types of charges. Only to take tour of the fort. .

Best fort situated just 50-60 km away from alibag. There is a boat available for going to the fort, you have to pay 100 RS per person for that boat and 25 rs for fort ticket. The boat rise is just of 10 min.

Fort is amazing, but beware of multiple tolls, a ticket for fort, a ticket for boat to take you to fort and then to pay sailor of the boat (not a guide) to give you information about fort. Just FYI.

A must visit historic place if you are nearby. You can visit with kids but it will be difficult for senior citizens. We traveled from Diveagar to Dighi Port by car and took a jetty to Agardanda. From there, a short drive brought us to the Janjira Fort entry point. A sailboat ride took us to the fort, where we spent about 45-60 minutes exploring its fascinating history and architecture. The journey, blending road, sea, and history, was seamless and enjoyable—a must-visit for history lovers and coastal explorers! What I didn’t like about the place was the misinformation provided by guide (the sailboat skipper) and they also charge you for that. Which is over and above boat ride charges.Sailboat ride charges -Adults - ₹100Kids - ₹50Travel time - 10-15 mins

What a beautiful fort in middle of the sea, as we know the history of this fort, it’s worth visiting this place! I will highly recommend you to go here! If you are going in afternoon make sure you have caps and 2/3 bottle of water as it is exhausting to keep walking under the sun without any shades. We were able to see some dolphins from the top a beautiful moment to watch over the sea!

You should by morning 8/8:30, the ticket counter starts at 9, only then you'll be able to get tickets (100 rs) cause the wait in line is very long, ,then you go by boat to the fort the fort is also in a very poor condition, but overall it's okay to go.To take a full tour of the fort it takes around 2 hours. And 3 hrs including the boat journey.

Wait time for the ferry from Dighi Jetty could be higher on the weekdays. Weekends with more traffic will have more boats available as well.Historical fort, great views. Very little shade.Carry water and refreshments if you need anything since nothing is sold at the fort. Keep the place clean, carry your trash back with you, it's cleanliness is our collective responsibility.

I recently visited Kashid Beach and had a mixed experience. The beach itself is beautiful, with stunning views and pristine white sand that makes for a picturesque setting. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. There are no safety guards on duty, which is a concern for visitors' safety. The beach offers only one or two sports activities, which limits entertainment options. Additionally, the prices for these activities and nearby amenities are quite high, which can be off-putting.Access to the beach is also challenging due to smaller roads and limited parking, which can make the visit a bit inconvenient.Overall, while the view and the beach's natural beauty are impressive, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the visitor experience.

Alibag Beach Best Place Visit in Mumbai. Here Beach Ride ATV and Horse Cart Ride in that beach 🏖️⛱️.In this beach a short distance from the shore is a fort. Here near by shore coconut trees and guest houses in that Beach.Beach is Clean and good around the area. The beach crowded at all time of Visitors, beach riders and local People. In some snacks type food items are available in that beach.

Beautiful beach with soft sand and clear water. Kolaba fort is on this beach which becomes accessible by foot during low tide. One of the popular beaches in Alibaug and there is always a crowd.

Nice beach with all water activities on site, but quite crowded. There is a walkway besides the beach, which is quite good.

Alibaug Beach is a wonderful spot that I've visited multiple times. Surprisingly less crowded this time, we stumbled upon a singing contest adding to the enjoyment. The low tide revealed a stunning sunset view, allowing us to explore deep into the sea. We captured memorable moments and appreciated the easy walk into the water. Usually requiring a boat, this time we could stroll in. Overall, a delightful day at Alibaug Beach – I'll certainly be back.

Varsoli Beach, located just 2 kilometers away from Alibag, offers a serene and less crowded environment compared to other beaches in the Raigad area. The shore is lined with lush coconut and casuarina trees, providing plenty of shade for visitors. It's a popular spot for water sports like personal watercraft and boating. The beach is known for its pristine sands and clear waters, attracting locals who engage in fishing activities along the shoreline.
This is one of the best beaches of Alibaug. Clean and commercial activities are next to nil so perfect to chill out with friends and family. Ample space for parking is available. The beach is awesome & quite shallow so you can’t walk on towards the sea for quite a distance. Importantly there are catarman rides available and I really found people enjoying it. There are also ATV’s which you can try out. Strongly recommend to get wet here and enjoy the small waves and the sea.

Great beach somewhat less crowded than the main Alibag Beach. The evenings are very peaceful over you.You can always walk to the farther end to Escape crowd.

Beach is not quit clean. You will find vendors outside. Parking space is available at the gate. Nice for morning walk. Not really good for bath or swim as water is not so clean due to close proximity of Mumbai.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!Varsoli Beach is the least visited by the tourists and hence remains comparatively less crowded than the Alibaug Beach. This beach is extremely CLEAN and the sunsets here are a blessing to watch. They have a lot of food stalls towards the entrance and offer both veg and non veg food. They have many water sports to choose from which would enhance your overall experience. This beach is a must visit, but please DO NOT LITTER?!🙂

Della Adventure Park, located in Kunegaon, Pune, is India's largest adventure park spread across 5 acres. It offers a wide range of thrilling activities such as archery, dirt-bike riding, paintball, rappelling, zorbing, zip-lining and more. For those seeking water fun, Wet & Joy provides water slides and a wave pool. Additionally, Magic Mountain combines the excitement of both a waterpark and an adventure park.
Good place to visit with family and kids.Adventure games with cool ambiance. Nice place.Only 1 concern is about the dogs and horses here are not in good condition also the dogs were exhausted when people are taking them out in such a sunny and hot day.Admins of the resort please do take some good step to protect animals.Overall experience is great.

Nice place. Day out for family. A bit expensive but worth the time spent. Stay options available. Good service. Cooperative staff. Good food. Definitely recommended for family and kids

Do Not Buy tickets or stay here during events, its a complete disaster, very mismanaged, wrong rooms allocation, no chaira to sit on a new year 4 hour event, the rooms have started stinking of STP gas and are very old now. New garden villas are just large spacious concretes with no bathtub or jacuzzi. Food is super expensive, they charged for juices during the new year event which costed almost 10k for couple.
Mudit L — Google review
Visiting here with your adventurous friends is definitely a good idea till you're getting a good discount on their jumbo pass so you can actually enjoy all the thrilling activities.Day pass will just allow you to do the light activities and if you want to do any other activities they'll be paid as a day pass holder which is definitely not worth.Note- wait time for all the activities takes from 5 min to 2 hours as mentioned on their invoice when you'll receive and about which you cannot do anything at all so I recommend to plan the day properly to do all the activities you need to do.Also food and beverages are pricy and complementary water bottles are only given in the summer so don't keep any expectations of that in any other season.
Juned K — Google review
It's a costly experience. Good to visit once. The 2nd entry pass which is less chargeable is a good choice until you really have a lot of time and want to finish each and every ride. The property is awesome. Will make you roll your eyes 👀 in ecstasy. Very photogenic.

Thank you, Mr. Samson, and the entire team, for an incredible experience!

Loved the adventures here. Did three major adventures .. bungee jumping, swoop swing and sky cycling....prices are little high ..but it's kinda one time in life experience..so go for it ..at first I was frightened for bungee but then manager here gave us some confidence that it's safe ..we didn't stay here as rooms are expensive...they don't allow us to take water bottles inside ...and water bottle inside is Rs 120 ..

All adventure related activities are mostly charged extra if you go for a day pass such as dirt biking, ATV ride or paintball. Overall ambiance is amazing and a must visit with friends and family. There are multiple kitchen/restaurants within premises serving delicious food and drinks.

Great place for all to indulge into fun-filled activities. People can opt for Day pass (2000 pp) or Jumbo pass(5500 pp) depending on your budget. We opted for day pass in which activities like Rocket Ejector, land zorbing, small flying fox were part of. Apart from these there are alot of activities which you can cover throughout the day.

Basic Day pass is mainly in-house and some activities. If you want to enjoy all adventures then go for only a jumbo pass with negotiation. Food quality is ok. Children mostly love this place...

One of the best amusement parks you can ever have in India. The visit was totally worth the money and we enjoyed it a lot. We almost enjoyed all the rides multiple times apart from a few .We bought ticket in advance and you should do it to if possible. Also during the evening towards the park closure there is some sort of festival 🎎 demonstration which you must see.I have been to many of the rides in other countries as well but some of the unique rides which are here you will not find anywhere mostly. For example Mr India was one of my all time favourite and there was another in house roller coaster 🎢 if I remember name correctly it was deep space. Also one must not forget the water park 🏞️. I believe there was a separate ticket for it but we enjoyed the whole day there and it was worth the visit.

Great place to visit with family or friends. Kids and adults both can enjoy. If you book tickets online you save some money according to the ongoing offers. Better to book tickets and parking beforehand. I won't suggest to book food as you will be limited to one restaurant only. But no matter how hard you try you can't finish all the rides in 1 visit. Better to enter as soon as possible to make the most of it.

One of the best in India. It’s a combination of a theme park, water park and a snow park. The rides here are amazing and each ride has something different to offer. It's a fun place to be! There are so many activities both under water and snow theme parks that one day seems less to cover all.... Kids youths and someone who loves adventure will surely have a blast!A little over priced also with food vouchers and other schemes that they offer are time bound. Over expensive.Over crowded. There's atleast 15-20 minutes wait for every single ride. Then there's always some school / class picnic and kids and school staff block all the rides. Entire school picnic is divided among all rides so you have waiting everywhere.School picnic should only be allowed 1 ride at a time.Waste of money because of the waiting time. Opens late at 10:30 so by that time the sun is above you and heat is unbearable. Then there's always 2 rides closed for maintenance.Snow park is good. But the gear they give you smells so BAD. Unclean sweaty shoes of other people. Bring your own please.Food is too expensive. A glass of Pepsi is 90 rupees. Small Water bottle is 50 rupees. Charlotte Lake, also known as Sharlott Lake, is a serene reservoir located 2 kilometers from Matheran Railway Station in Maharashtra. It is a popular tourist destination and a must-visit spot in the best hill station of Maharashtra. The lake is at its fullest during the monsoon season, offering a picturesque view with its small dam and waterfalls. Surrounded by lush green forests, it provides an ideal setting for nature enthusiasts, peace seekers, and bird watchers.
Charlotte lake in Matheran looks stunning during monsoon. Enjoy being very close to nature and away from hustle bustle of the city. Carry raincoats must as you won't be able to hold umbrella due to speedy wind and your umbrella will get damaged.

Charlotte Lake is a beautiful lake in matheran. Water of Lake flows very slowly. Breeze creates ripples on water which is very soothing to eyes. On one side of the lake you can sit near the lake & dip your legs in the ice cold water of the lake. The lake is far from the market area so it takes 30 minutes to reach there. On the way to Charlotte lake, you will see a bungalow with a lot of black & white idols inside it & a lot of vintage looking furniture spread inside the compound of the bungalow.

Louisa Point, Matheran – Nature's BalconyI recently had the pleasure of visiting Louisa Point in Matheran, and it's an enchanting spot that I would rate at four stars. Here's why:1. Stunning Panoramas:The view from Louisa Point is nothing short of stunning. You can see vast stretches of lush green forests, deep valleys, and the Sahyadri mountain range. The panoramas are captivating, especially during sunrise and sunset.2. Nature's Beauty:If you're a nature enthusiast, you'll appreciate the biodiversity here. The place is surrounded by dense forests, and you might spot various bird species and other wildlife.3. Hiking Opportunities:Louisa Point is a great starting point for several hiking trails in Matheran. Whether you're an experienced trekker or a casual walker, you can find a trail that suits your level. However, I'm withholding that fifth star due to the lack of proper amenities and signage. It can be a bit challenging to find your way around, and there aren't many facilities nearby. In conclusion, Louisa Point is a nature lover's paradise. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with incredible views, this spot in Matheran should be on your list. Just be prepared for a bit of adventure in finding your way around.

The Gateway of India in Mumbai is a grand triumphal stone arch, standing at 26 meters tall and built in the Indo-Saracenic style on the waterfront in 1924. This iconic monument is located near the historic Taj Mahal Palace hotel and colonial-era hubs of Kala Ghoda and Fort.
Perfect place for a family getaway or to see the sunrise or sunset. Next to the iconic Taj Hotel. Although it’s risky during the rainy season when there is a high tide, as the police won’t allow you to go near the wall, there is a long footpath for people to walk on. There are many fancy restaurants and street food options nearby. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking is available.Overall, a 5/5 experience.

Being able to be there and see the gate was cool. However do it in the morning because it gets too crowded during the evening with tourists and local and you do not get good pictures. Also, go during the weekday and not the weekend. You also see the new parliament on the other side, and the view and how everything is lined up is pretty cool. The walk towards the parliament building is also nice.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, formerly known as Victoria Terminus Station, is a historic train station in Mumbai. It was built in 1887 to replace the former Bori Bunder station due to increased rail traffic. The station's impressive architectural design combines British Victorian Gothic and Indian styles, earning it recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
(Translated by Google)It is the largest railway station in India and is registered as a World Heritage Site. The magnificent Gothic-style building is so magnificent that it is hard to believe that it is a station. It is always crowded with people who take pictures of its beautiful appearance from the opposite side of the road. It is lit up at night, giving it a different look than during the day. The lively atmosphere inside the station is enough to justify the fact that it is said to be the busiest station in India. The underground shopping mall connected to this station is not large in scale, but its chaotic heat is on a level rarely seen in India. Realize that Mumbai is the largest city in India.

This railway station, known as in short CSMT, has outstanding architecture inside and outside the station building. This is one of the most busiest and biggest railway stations, not in India but in the world. Both local train and outstation train to every part of the country will be operated here. There are a total of 18 platforms, out of which platforms 1 to 7 are used for the Mumbai Suburban local trains, and the platform 8 to 18 is for the express trains. If you come here on special occasion/special day then you'll get different different themes on the building of railway station.Listed as one of the World Heritage sites. Don’t miss the night view of this station. It is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Mumbai.Very popular with neat and clean station premises will give you amaze, of course. Public transport is available outside the station.Gateway of INDIA or Marine drive is the walkable distance from this station.

First railway station in india and one of the busiest railway terminus in India. Cleanliness is maintained and good facilities to see train schedules.

CSMT or erstwhile VT serves as the most important railway station of Maharashtra as well as Western India. Conceived and built during the British era, the station building serves as one of the finest specimens of the modern day architecture. The terminus currently serves as the HQ of the Western Railway and houses some of the important offices of Indian Rail and few other establishments of Government of India. Despite of huge pressure of daily commuters, the station campus remains moderately clean. However, as per recent Government announcement, the station is due for modernisation and face-lift very soon...

CST Terminus has improved by far. There are good restaurants, sleeping pods, near platform 15, lounges, dining facilities for a fee. The restrooms are dirty, needs upkeep and maintenance. The cloakroom is very useful and their management is good. It's a crowded station especially during office hours.

One of the best and most important historical railway station terminal in Mumbai Maharashtra. Station is renamed as Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus I.e.CSMT in the year 2017. Old name Victoria Terminus. There are 8 platforms for local trains and 10 platforms for other long distance trains. This is one of the busiest railway station in the world. It is the most beautiful railway station of India. In the evening it looks worth watching in the lights. One must visit and can enjoyed with the family.

The CST, formerly known as Victoria Terminus Station is an outstanding example of Victorian Gothic Revival architecture in India, blended with themes deriving from Indian traditional architecture. It was designed by the British architect. You can get slow and fast local to travell with mumbai and also train for other state. Neat and clean railway station.

It's a beautiful and very enormous sculpture of British time. Earlier known as VT station now it's named as CST. Very elegant vibe at the night time. Very neat and clean place, even when there is lot of traffic and people.Local and state level trains are running from this station. Very busy and almost safe place for every one. I gave it 5 star rating and a must place to visit while you are in Mumbai.

As Mumbai is the Wealthy City of India and that too the City of Film Stars and Business Man, Railway Station does not qualify as per the build and Infrastructure and Facilities available at CSMT Railway Station. However for a Lower Class People things will be good but for Middle class communities OK OK and Upper Class will never want to come to such areas. However, local bodies and government is putting as much as efforts to keep the infrastructure clean and classy.

Amazing Experience. Everything is great.Seeing live match is extraordinary extraordinary and feeling in itself. The vibes are astonishing.Stadium is well maintained. Please note: You cannot carry eatables or water. You have to buy it inside. Also carry cash, if you wish to eat inside stadium.Only con I found is you need to have cash if you plan on eating food or drinking coke / water. No UPI payment accepted. From a seller's standpoint i understand it's difficult. But then there should be ATM services nearby/inside stadium to get cash.(I did not find any, not sure if it's there)

It’s the first cricket stadium I ever visited in my life. That’s always gonna be a memory for a cricket lover like me. I used to play club level cricket in the smaller ground adjacent to the bigger (main) one. That time the bigger stadium wasn’t even built. That’s how long back I go with this place! Absolutely love this place to watch cricket.

It was an absolute treat to watch an IPL match live in DY Patil Stadium. The atmosphere was Electrifying and the whole stadium was 'Yelloved'. The viewing experience was pretty good. Chairs were comfortable. We didn't had to wait much in the queue and the entry was hassle-free. The Chairs and the stands are well maintained. Cleanliness maintained. Thanks to the staff and the management, they were quite helpful. The match can be clearly viewed even from the third tier. There are rickshaws available from the station to the stadium. Overall it was a really good experience.

The capacity of 55,000 makes it the ninth-largest cricket stadium in India. The stadium makes use of bucket seats and cantilever roofs that eliminate the need for columns. This provides the spectators with an unobstructed view of the match from any place within the stands. On the other hand, the stadium has a 120-person capacity air-conditioned media center. The upper level of the viewing galleries has 60 private corporate boxes. This stadium also holds an inter-school cricket match for DY Patil International school every year.

A fantastic sports stadium in Navi Mumbai which can cater to a large crowd. Nice airy place and you won't feel claustrophobic even in large crowd. The washrooms are decent.. obviously not great but they try to maintain. They don't allow water inside for common man.. people with contacts can get anything inside. Be ready to walk a lot as they don't allow vehicles inside.. again for common man

I had the most awesome experience from the VIP box. Never imagined that watching a cricket match would be this exciting with amazing food/drinks. I had seen matches earlier from other stands, but this experience is unbeatable for the view, food, drinks and post match player interactions. I don't know if I will be able to go back to normal stands now.

It's really a good stadium. Well arranged, friendly staff. Lacks a bit in hygiene and the food they provide is costly compared to the size and taste. Though it's their way of gaining profit but the price should be worth it.

Out of all the stadiums I have been to, this is the best. Seats are comfortable and not cramped like Wankhede. The crowd is managed well. Also it doesn't get too hot inside. Nerul station is 20 minute walk.

Great experience at the stadium. Food and drinks are readily available. If you don't bring your own transport or go back by train, then getting Ola/Uber/Auto after a match will be really difficult. Traffic management can be much better

I don't know why now a days people doing lots of scams in a temple, don't give your shoes outside any shop or people, there is a good facility inside the temple they will keep your shoes safe.I see lots of scams inside as well, they will ask for Rs.100 for special/VIP visit, a less crowd line, you can quickly go inside but that is a also scam, it looks less people in that line but when you go inside there will be a big line and crowd line as well, instead do normal Darsan from normal line..

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai for the first time. I had heard a lot about this temple and was very excited to see it for myself. The temple is located in the Prabhadevi area of Mumbai and is easily accessible by public transportation. I took the train to Dadar Station and then walked to the temple. The walk was about 15 minutes long and was very pleasant. When I arrived at the temple, I was immediately struck by its size and grandeur. The temple is made of white marble and is very ornate. The main entrance to the temple is through a large archway. There are also several smaller entrances to the temple.I entered the temple through the main entrance and was immediately greeted by a large statue of Lord Ganesha. The statue is made of gold and is very impressive. I took some time to admire the statue and then proceeded to the main hall of the temple. The main hall of the temple is very large and can accommodate a large number of people. The walls of the hall are decorated with murals depicting the life of Lord Ganesha. There is also a large altar in the center of the hall. The altar is where the main idol of Lord Ganesha is located.I made my way to the altar and took some time to pray to Lord Ganesha. I then proceeded to the other areas of the temple. The temple has several other smaller shrines dedicated to other deities. I also visited the temple museum, which houses a collection of artifacts related to Lord Ganesha.Overall, I had a very positive experience visiting the Siddhivinayak Temple. The temple is very beautiful and is a great place to worship Lord Ganesha. I would definitely recommend visiting the temple if you are in Mumbai. Here are some additional thoughts from my perspective as a first-time visitor:The temple is very popular and can be quite crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. If you are planning to visit the temple, I recommend going early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid the crowds. The temple is free to visit, but there is a donation box at the entrance. You can donate any amount that you wish. There are several shops outside the temple where you can buy flowers, coconuts, and other offerings for Lord Ganesha. The temple is wheelchair accessible and there are also restrooms available on site.I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking.I would also recommend dressing modestly. For men, this means wearing a shirt and pants. For women, this means wearing a saree or salwar kameez.

100 rupees for a normal darshan line and 1500 for the VIP line. Lots of people visit this temple everyday and hence you cannot avoid the crowd, unless you take the VIP access. However at the main premises, all the lines are merged and you can view the idol from a close proximity.

I recently had the chance to visit Siddhivinayak Temple. If you're a spiritual person, you must visit and see Lord Ganesha, God will surely bless you. My experience was superb. The famous prasad includes modak, ladu, and pera, available at the temple counter for Rs 30 per packet. To visit the temple, get off at Dadar station and take a sharing taxi for just Rs 10 per person. Cameras are allowed in the temple campus, but not during darshan to avoid disturbing others.

It was not fun at all. We had to stand in a long line to buy an entrance ticket that cost us ₹94. Then, we had to stand in another line to catch a bus, which cost us around ₹13, as private taxis were too expensive at ₹70 per person. After reaching there, everything was expensive, whether to buy or eat. Moreover, there was no proper water supply, and we had to buy a ₹25 ticket to see the Caneri cave. The guards were not allowing us to explore everything properly; they kept saying, 'Don't go there,' even though we were following all the guidelines. On our way back, we faced the same issue, having to stand in line for an hour to catch a bus. There was no network, and it was quite frustrating. If you plan to visit, please carry cash with you. Also, there were no animals, only monkeys. It's not worth the money and time.

I went on Sunday, Kanheri Caves are good, awesome greenery and a nice place to relax and enjoy the open sky by watching the entire national park greenery from the caves.Don't go for Lion and Tiger safari it is a waste of time and money, the price is Rs.135 or so. One lion in an open cage in the lion safari area. Two tigers are there in an open cage, one or two deer freely roaming in the safari area.

A Good Part:You can come to the National Park for a morning walk (at a very nominal yearly pass amount of Rs. 300+) which is the main facility offered for Borivalikars. Timings for the morning walk is 5 to 7:30 AM. Many thanks to NP authorities for this. Also, you can do cycling 🚴 from 7:30 AM to 4:30PM where you can bring in your own cycle or you can hire @Rs.80 / Two hrs.National park has an area of more than 100 Sq Kms. Most of the area is restricted 🚫 and visitors are not allowed to enter in the core areas.Jungle trails / treks are conducted on weekends, where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Tulshi Lake Trail and Highest Point Trek are most recommended.Tiger / lion safary, Kanheri Caves, Gandhi Tekdi, Boating are other highlights. If you are lucky, you can sight a leopard also on inner roads. Now THE Complaints! There is no pass checking (at least as of now and may be for the last 3 to 4 months) for morning walkers. All "Fukte" (ticketless 😜) people enters for a morning walk without a pass.Since there is no checking at the entrance, visitors enters before 7:30 AM to avoid tickets. This is quite a normal on weekends. Also, there is no control on illegal entries from Thakur Complex, Devi Pada, Rishi Van. 😅Senios citizens (specially Morning Walkers) have made National Park as their own bagicha doing chit chatting loudly, laughing endlessly, singing songs anywhere in the middle of the jungle! People easily forget that they are in a Jungle and not in Thakur Complex ka bagicha. 😝On Saturday and Sundays people enters with loudspeakers and there is no control by the SGNP authorities. No checking of baggage at the gate. Authorities are so confident about visitors that they think every one will obey the Jungle rules! 😉NGOs use the National Park space without paying any and earn money by promoting their activities (doing pravachan activities also 😱). People take yoga / zumba classes and even conduct marathon training by using the National Park area. Who allows this? 🤔Post Covid, vehicles are not allowed in the Park. They are required to be parked in the parking area near the Entrance Gate. However, illegal entry of private cars / 2 wheelers can be seen inside the National Park. Who allows them is a big question. 🙄Last but not the least .. soon, National Park will be the second Film City in Mumbai. Films, serials are shot here in a so-called protected area. Where a normal private vehicle is to be parked near the gate, 100s of crew vehicles including actors' vehicles are allowed (without any kind of checking! 😱) to drive in on the roads of National Park. 🫣Once the ticket is issued at the counter, role of SGNP authorities ends! There is no patrolling inside the Park, on the roads. Only at the check points you can see forest guards sitting there. An Appeal:A sincere appeal to everyone visiting SGNP. Please understand that SGNP is not a garden or a nana nani park. This 100 SqKms of area where you are entering is a protected area of Mumbai, and is a Residence for wild animals. So please follow the Jungle rules and enjoy the Beauty of nature and facilities which are offered by authorities. Thanks! 👍

I visited Sanjay Gandhi National Park in the rainy season as well as in the winter season and both times the experience was unique and amazing. When I visited in the rainy season the view was amazing and the water accumulation at all the places just increased the beauty of the place. In the winter season when I visited it was good as well with less water but great weather for cycling. The day was sunny but not that hot a good combination of vitamin D and fresh oxygen. Both times I rented a cycle from nearby local vendors, you can get the cycle inside the parks as well but to avoid rush we booked a cycle on an hourly rental basis and went ahead. Both times when I visited the National Park we went to Kanheri Caves for which you have to pay an additional ticket of Rs. 25 for Indian Citizen and Rs. 300 for Foreign Resident. If you don't wish to rent a cycle you can also use public transport buses starting from the entry gate of the National Park to Kanheri Caves with fare of Rs. 13 only. It was a great experience overall and I can call it a fun and happening day.PS. Cycle rent starts from Rs. 80 an hour till Rs. 150 an hour on the basis of quality of the cycle. If you book for the whole day you may get a discount. You just have to carry one original government ID card for the booking. And no need to worry there are multiple vendors outside National Park who provide cycles on rent.

Must visit here in 2024, entry fees and lion and tiger safari fee is little high but it is worth going there 94/- entry fee and 124/- for lion/tiger safari, in monsoon season this place is not less than heaven, new electric buses have been made available for safari which is awesome, we can see lions and tigers from that very clearly and closely, 2 lions and 5 tigers are there one tiger is left open in the surrounding area of the park which is worth watching.

Place is nice bit needs a bit of good management like travelling from gate to Kanheri caves is 7 km but there are limited bus and this waste your time and you’ll be stuck there resulting in missing some other important things like safari or boatingIf you have to enjoy this place properly then come as early as possible to cover every thing. Also bring your own food bcz you’ll get only fruit and salad type fruit here
